By accessing and using CareerCloneAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Description
CareerCloneAI provides AI-powered career guidance tools and premium Expert Offline Support services including:
- Placement Success Bundle: Professional resume and portfolio design.
- Online Tech Tuition: Role-based roadmap training and 1-to-1 mentorship.
- Capstone Project Pro: End-to-end project training, development, and research publication support.
3. User Accounts
To access most features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & EMI Policy
Users opting for expert services agree to the following payment terms:
- Slot Booking Fee: Upfront fees (e.g., ₹999 or ₹499) are required to secure limited expert slots and initiate shipments.
- EMI Installments: For plans with EMI options, payments must be made within 5 days of the due date.
- Defaults: Failure to pay EMI installments may result in temporary suspension of training sessions or project access until the balance is cleared.
5. Academic Responsibility
While CareerCloneAI provides high-quality guidance and implementation support, students are responsible for ensuring that their projects comply with their specific college/university guidelines for final year submissions.
6. Intellectual Property
AI-generated content and platform technology belong to CareerCloneAI. However, custom project source code built for students under the "Project Pro" program is the property of the student upon full payment completion.
7. Disclaimer of Results
While our tools and experts aim for excellence, CareerCloneAI does not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Career success depends on individual performance and market conditions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
